Process

  1. The Yarm team curates a shortlist of candidate projects that meet baseline quality criteria.
  2. Each candidate appears on the Pre Yarms dashboard together with its current Kaito mindshare metrics.
  3. Verified Yarmers cast a single click vote for the projects they wish to see onboarded.
  4. Vote totals update in real time and remain publicly visible.
  5. Projects are invited to partnership discussions and campaign scheduling in descending order of votes received.
