# Yarm(Multipli)

### What is Multipli?

Multipli is a DeFi platform that generates sustainable, market-neutral yields on stablecoins, Bitcoin, and tokenized assets through institutional-grade arbitrage strategies.

### About Yarm(Multipli)

Essentially, Multipli provides the yield-generating product while Yarm provides the social layer that connects influential content creators with depositors seeking trusted investment opportunities.
Yarmers build revenue streams by creating valuable content about Multipli's strategies, depositors gain access to institutional-grade yields through voices they trust, and the entire ecosystem benefits as higher engagement increases rewards for all participants.

### Deposits

* **TVL Cap:** 5M
* **Supported Networks:** Ethereum Mainnet (TVL Cap of 4M) and BSC (TVL Cap of 1M)
* **Accepted Asset:** USDC
* **Incentives:** 5\~10% of native yields and up to 0.06% of Yarm(Multipli) and Multipli token incentives (scales with Multipli's Overlap Score and TVL based on assumed FDV).

### Rewards

<Info>Currently, for both Yarmers and LPs, their rewards are being calculated and will be retroactively distributed once the reward tracking is live on the portfolio page.</Info>

**Distribution Method**

* **Native Yields:** Every **Fri/Saturday**, follows closely to **Multipli’s distribution schedule**.
* **Points (Yarm(Multipli) & Orbs):** Points accrue daily and will be **distributed as token rewards** after **Multipli TGE**.

### Withdrawals

When you request a withdrawal, your funds go through a maximum of Multipli’s 10-day redemption process. After that, Yarm’s Vault Liquidity Framework (Matrix) adds a short additional cycle of up to 3 days to finalize settlement.

**Withdrawal Penalty**

* **Early Withdrawal (\< 10 Days):** If a user withdraws before holding for 10 days, they forfeit 50% of earned rewards. This is a flat penalty applied to discourage short-term farming.
* **After 10 Days → 90 Days:** Once the user has held for at least 10 days, the penalty starts decreasing linearly. From day 10 to day 90, the penalty ratio drops from 50% → 0% linearly based on their holding duration.
